Your products go to GrabMart automatically

How does this work? Your product list is sent to GrabMart automatically the moment you assign a GrabMart category, list or hide a product, save settings, or import from Shopify. Changes usually show on Grab within a few minutes — the Products tab shows each item's status as it goes (⏳ syncing → ✓ synced). To send everything at once, go to the Products tab and tap Publish to GrabMart.

"Menu last updated" is when the app last rebuilt your catalog. "Grab last fetched" is the last time Grab actually pulled your menu — proof it's reading your catalog. Your changes are sent to Grab automatically when you make them and usually appear in the Grab app within a few minutes. This updates on its own — no need to refresh the page.

Charge a bit more on Grab to cover their fees

Why charge more on Grab? Grab takes a fee from every order. Most sellers add a little to their Grab price to cover it. Example: a ₱100 product set to +15% sells for ₱115 on Grab. Your Shopify price never changes.

🕐 Selling Hours

When customers can order on GrabMart

What is this? Your products will only be shown as "available" on GrabMart during these hours. Outside these hours, customers will see your store as closed.

📦 Stock Protection

Stops items from selling on GrabMart when you run out

How does this protect me? When your Shopify stock gets low, this setting automatically hides the product from GrabMart so you don't get orders you can't fulfill.

Off — GrabMart stock is the total available across all your Shopify locations.

When turned on, products with very low stock will automatically be hidden from GrabMart.

How orders work: When a customer orders through GrabMart, it automatically creates a matching order in Shopify so you can prepare and track it.

Add a DeepSeek key to turn on Auto-Assign & the AI Assistant

Why use AI? A DeepSeek key turns on one-tap Auto-Assign Categories and the AI Assistant (and the catalog health check). Your key is stored securely and never shown in full.

Generate a key on the DeepSeek Developer Platform. Key will be masked in responses.

AI Assistant

Ask why a product isn't on GrabMart, check pricing, or anything about your catalog. It's read-only — it explains and points you to the right button, it can't change anything itself.

🔎 Category review The AI suggests a better GrabMart category for products that look misplaced. Tap Approve if you agree, or Skip if it's wrong. Nothing changes unless you approve it.
